Your seasonal sections contain your monthly + weekly spreads, grouped by the season in which they belong.
Each month has a goal: one simple goal that aligns with The Slow Living Manifesto that you’ll find displayed in the front of your planner. Use the habit tracker on your inspirational monthly intro page and watch your goal become a nourishing habit.
